how to contract

1. You and my company's staff see the room
2. If you like the room,fill infomation from and then send your infomation and ID card
3. A room owner and gurantor company check credit history etc
4. If a room owner and gurantor company say "OK", my company's staff meet you
5. My company explain about room and room owner's infomation and confirm you to contract rental room
6. I you feel OK about the contract and pay inital fee
7. you can live the room

It take about two weeks minmum to contract and move-in.One week is extreme diffcult.

about move in fees

Almost shop and office require key money and some fee and Japanese gurantor. If you feel why some fee require, you read below list or in RENTALS page and then you might clear.

transfer fee for fixtures

Fee for when you rent and get fridge and gas stove and desk etc from previous owner.
